I was recently introduced to the website and app Khan Academy. If you haven’t heard about this site, it allows you to choose from a variety of subjects to learn all for free !
The subjects vary from science, computers and art and history. I will be starting the history course “The Road the Revolution (1754-1800)”.
I am always thankful to these sorts of websites that allow you to brush up on your knowledge or gives you the opportunity to learn something new altogether.

why are unis still offering courses in poetry and lit and other fields whose degree can’t can get you employed afterward? i don’t mean to be cruel, but we are just feeding those students with false hope that society cares about anything they study, prolonging their daydream, only to thrust them into harsh reality of jobless and poverty and hopelessness. you aint going to be sitting in library in tweed suit bc you cant pay bills from that and they are going to fucking burn libraries bc knowledge doesn’t have value anymore and rhyming bullshits only works if you or your parents are already loaded af so you can slack off and play pretend in world that’s going to shit. i dont mean to be rude so don’t come at me, but that’s how reality looks rn.
