….Knowing me I might edit this later on, but I just wanted to post it now. Gotta say, there was this one post talking about how you sometimes get vague story ideas based purely on an aesthetic of some art piece or so.

EDIT: After staring at this for a moment this morning, I decided to try and adjust the lighting to make it pop out a bit more 

So since I couldn’t decide what I’d draw next for the digital painting, I decided to select one of my old art pieces I’d picked for a redraw and use that. I ended up with this kiss thing, which, they’re still difficult to draw meh. 

That aside, I do quite like how this came out TBH. The only thing I’m dissatisfied with is Dabi’s hand. The angle is off and kinda not realistic, but I didn’t notice that until after finishing this, so….I’m just gonna leave it

Taking the few weeks off and minimize my internet usage has honestly helped. I thankfully don’t feel as anxious anymore as I did in the beginning of the month, but I’m still probably gonna be mostly inactive on tumblr for the rest of June. 

Also, my image descriptions keep getting ridiculously long, so I’m gonna go and try doing the under the cut thing more, so peeps who just want to enjoy the artwork don’t have to read a novel of blabbering thoughts from me if they don’t want to heh. I just tend to like to sort of explain my thought process on how the piece came to be, and those explanations tend to turn out reeeeally long. 

Just like with fics, I struggle to keep anything short apparently.
