Sam perked up, “seriously?”

Dean grabbed a beer and leaned against the kitchen counter, “yup.”

“well, tell me about it!” Sam laughed.

“she’s… she’s different man. i cant explain it.”

you were sitting on the couch with a few of the books you had to read for a hunt, your new four kittens crawling all over you and your books. 

Dean and Sam walked into the room and stopped, “kittens?” Dean asked.

“yeah let me show you!” you grinned, “the ginger one is Gabriel, the black on is Michael, the brownish white one is Raphael and this gold bundle of joy is Lucifer, he’s my favorite.” 

“you’re telling us, you named these kittens after the archangels?” Sam said in confusion, “but why?!”

you shrugged, “they’re not actually that bad.”

#can we talk about how many friendships between a person and samget erased because of the focus that falls on dean#jo#charlie#kevin#even cas and bobby#it’s so sad like#is sam not allowed to have any friends or something?#are these people less important to sam?#does he care about them less than dean does?#absolutely not#and yet#the focus is taken away from that#in order to put it back on dean#idk man i’m not hating on dean#but sometimes it feels like the show is about him and his sidekick brother#and not the /two brothers/ as often stated#fuck that#spn#sam#i really like their friendship so#brotp (viasamshinee)

I literally feel the same. Going through the diifferent relationships on the show, I realised that most of them are to do with Dean. Yet they are equally main characters. There also should be more people who Sam has a connection with a person moresothan Dean, e.g Eileen, but she’s one of the only ones.
