the idea of “throw away your valuables” consistently coming from people of power and people of high status on this server is REALLY telling
it’s the fact that they’re being so completely genuine about it too. like multiple people telling wilbur and tommy to toss something valuable but the only options are something of extreme emotional importance or the armor off their backs IT KILLS ME LIKE
just to add on, theres a HUGE difference between someone making the personal choice to throw something away and being forced/coerced into throwing something away which is like. central to this entire discussion.
