Ideas for the cheetah face-markings and the all-might eyes was from @minnow-doodle-doo! Lightning bolt things at the butt are meant to look like the light trails you see behind cars on a long exposure picture.

Was hanging out with @minnow-doodle-doo designing eveelutions and this idea was one of my favorites! It’s based off of the moon peeking out from behind the clouds.
