I was needing a place to move the Tinker Household and I decided to decorate for them a nice, stylish apartment (since they lived in a mansion before). I wanted to give both Tina and Yasemin a nice place to work on their skills (and that was the perfect excuse to use @ravasheencc‘sTool Time Garage Set that I wanted to use for months). This apartment should be placed on Stonestreet Apartments #3, in the world of Evergreen Harbor.
Also, I took the opportunity to use a lot of new CCs I’ve been hoarding for the last few weeks. Expect some new cool items feature below! ✨

It’s the end of the line, a last refuge for old train cars and Sims who have survived the Great Simpocalypse. Sure it’s dirty, dingy, and run down, but then so are you, so don’t be such a snob. While you try to survive perhaps you can discover some clues to what caused this calamity in the first place.
I was watching a train speed-build video on YouTube the other day, and I was inspired to do my own train build, but with a Murky take on it. I had never attempted a train build before, but with all the great build stuff in Eco Living, and Journey to Batuu, it was a lot easier than I would have guessed. I’m only showing the exteriors in this build tour because I’d like you to discover the mysteries going on inside for yourself. (click on images for hi-res version)
You can find The End Of The Line train build in my SimDoughnut gallery (userid:simdoughnut). This NoCC Residential build sits on a 30x20 lot, and replaces the Caboose Bar in Evergreen Harbor. As with all of my builds you’ll want to enable the “moveobjects” cheat prior to placing this lot in your game. I hope you have as much fun with this build in your game as I did creating it.
This is a quick little transformation build I did today for @Brennachansim’s “Murk Me Up” build challenge. For the challenge you had to take and existing game lot and “Murkify” it. I chose the Portsmouth Promenade home of Knox that came with Eco Living (created by the lovely @simproved).

Evergreen Harbor has one good thing: it allows you to choose. Between a greener life, or not. For all the grunge lover, the big city admirer, dystopian fan, Evergreen Harbor is a good thing: the welcoming to a larger attendance of more textures. It is a good start. It might not be the end of the everlasting happy-unicorn feel of all the other places. But it is a small dent into it.
As usual, we had to push that feel further. Like you think that abandoned container can be pink … or that cement tunnel sewer are smooth among dead grass. Have you ever seen a rusty harbor and freshly paint tank?
Thus, the stone quarry is texturized, all metal have been upgraded and roads are used. Stones are stones and concrete is something you can scratch your knee on. Containers are scratched. The overall feel of Evergreen Harbor is now the background you need for your ecotopian dream, or your dystopian reality.
Not everything is perfect as we would like. Evergreen Harbor was messily done. As always, this is a work in progress, but a work we can deliver now for you to enjoy, to write a new chapter in your stories.

I’m almost done with replacing the buildings in each area, I will show only the buildings replacements and not the retextures bcause they are not as interestings x)
Still have some houses to replace as you can see but yeah the biggest is done c:
I m not showing all bcause there are too much haha but just some so that you can see what it’s really about xD
Next step : replacing the cars !

The atmosphere is clearer because I forgot to pollute the district xD, when it’s unbreathable it is more tinted orange c:

I was super excited to build an up-cycled looking modern home, especially one with a shipping container attached. Pleasantly surprised by how good the Build Mode goodies are in this pack!
