Enkidu is subtle about their Yandere tendencies, because they are subtle about their emotions in general. Though they are noticeably nicer to the object of their affections, and snarky to anyone else.
You always seem to have eyes on you, and because of Enkidu’s shape-shifting they can do just that; spy on you as some inanimate object or disguised as someone you’re more comfortable with.
They always notice Gilgamesh being so mean to you. He was their best friend, but something inside him snaps whenever they see this occurring. Enkidu has gone out of their way to threaten Gilgamesh more than once.
It all comes to a head one day when Enkidu sees their Master cry because of Gilgamesh’s temper. You hear a furious roar, followed by a gentle, “Don’t look.” Before noises of slaughter filled the void. You passed out from fright soon after.
You wake up and you’re in a place you don’t recognize; a blank field with flowers and bright grass. Your head is in Enkidu’s lap. You ask them what happened and why you’re there, but they simply shush you and tell you that no one will ever hurt you.
They’ve been counting, from the harshest of insults thrown your way to well-meaning quips, all of them were from people who had slowly disappearing from your life.
No one would hurt Enkidu’s precious master. No one. Which is why the Chaldea staff notices your disappearance, all they find are bloodied sheets that were once worn by your Heroic Spirit.

Having a relationship with one of these two is a ride of its own. But if you’re with both of them, get ready for the hardest part of your life. Don’t worry, though; it will also be the most fun you’ve ever had.
Enkidu is the sweet one. Always being the one to pepper you and Gil with kisses, being the one to initiate hand-holding, softly talking to you and petting your hair if you or Gil is upset. Enkidu is the mediator.
Gilgamesh is the tsundere, with more than mild bossy tendencies. When he bosses you and Enkidu around, it’s really a sign of affection, and he’s a lot less harsh than he would be with anyone else.
While normally Gilgamesh is completely intolerable, with you and Enkidu around he seems to relax a little bit. You’re both the loves of his life, with Enkidu being his closest friend.
They both try to hog you for cuddles. These clashes usually end up with Gilgamesh defeated because the Chains of Heaven exist.
They seem calm in the midst of battle, but let the heavens forbid their S/O getting hurt. If they witness such a thing, the wrath of the gods would be unleashed until they were safe and out of harm’s way.
There are usually deep, late night talks between the three of you. They’re deep and philosophical, with a lot of hair braiding from Enkidu, whether it’s their own or yours.

Enkidu is the only one who Gilgamesh would only ever consider to let top him. Not even you can overcome that rule.
They don’t care how mush time they take, they’ll be as rough as they want and as long as they want and you will like it, guaranteed. Though, if they see you’re reacting badly, they’ll stop to let you rest.
Even if Gilgamesh isn’t great at it, Enkidu is very perceptive to your needs and will pleasure you in every way you desire. Gilgamesh tries, but he’s not great at being selfless.
