And for those suffering because the snow came and ate all the good brain chemicals like it did to me, hang in there. I believe in you and we can do this!! My doctor has me on vitamin D for the winter and it really helps my meds keep up with the sudden drop in brain chemicals, so deffy ask your doctors if your depression suddenly gets worse!
