I’m officially open for a long furby commission! Only one slot for now. I’ll make your long furb exactly to your specifications, from the fabric to the faceplate! I know it seems pricey, but here are reasons: I’m gonna spend $30-40 in materials alone, and long furbys take long hours to make! So you’re paying for materials and the work that goes into assembling them. I’m going on a first come first serve rule: first to PM me gets the slot.
Note: I am not the original creator of the long furby, I just really love the idea and I want to help other people achieve their long furby dreams too!!

The surgery was a success! Momma LongFurby is plumped & packed with all-new and totally fresh stuffing
Her new foam disc butt-plate is also fully installed! It replaces the old flat plastic one which had detached from the end of her spine where it had been hotglued.
Her old stuffing, which was made from shredded foam scraps, will be saved to be made into hearts for future long furbies made by me. A bit of her for everyone!
(The old stuffing is clean & OK to use, it just was what I had at the time & was just not a very good alternative to real stuffing.)
Momma LongFurby is gonna get restuffed & have her original butt plate (a flat plastic disc) replaced with a nice foam disc one! Just like all the other new long furbies I’ve made after her, it makes for a nicer & sturdier base.
Hopefully the new stuffing will help her look a little less grey (her fur is cheap & she is stuffed with dark grey foam scraps). She isn’t as pure white as she seems in all her nice photos! More of an off-white greyish whitish.
She will also be getting a nice (removeable) cover-up made of white minky to preserve her original fur because I dont trust it to last forever (like seriously its a really not-meant-for-plushes-or-projects type fur, it was on a spool (like a big ribbon), so it was probably meant for bow-making). It will have a cute hood like a kigu because she’s worth it.
Since this lovely has a different (than usual) spine that is a bit less pose-holding than usual, they will be starting at $1. It is just a different brand in a way, and I’m not super satisfied with it.
Pepper the long furby is finally here and ready to find their new home!
If you remember back in October, I was raising money to buy Halloween candy for the kiddos of the neighborhood. Pepper was a super special stretch goal, and was reached with no problem! It has been a bit since then, but I am happy to say that Pepper has emerged from the grasps of fall & winter to greet the world.
