I am so excited for Furyborn! I was ever since I read the plot on Goodreads. Two queens in prophecy, but a 1000 years apart? I’m calling that a unique idea in YA fantasy. The book also looks pretty amazing, and after reading it I am still just as enthusiastic about Claire Legrand’s Furyborn. How about that heat? I can’t recall a time it’s been this hot outside for this long. It’s nice not to have a July in which it rains every three days, or have the temperature suddenly drop to 15 degrees Celsius twice a week, but I do not envy myself for having to go to work tomorrow…

When I came back from holiday, this book was waiting for me! I read the prologue already and it was absolutely, amazingly fantastic. I can’t wait to read more! • Tomorrow the buses will finally start going again (they’re on strike since the 27th) and that means I finally get my 30 minutes of uninterrupted reading time back. Of course, driving a car is great if you can borrow one, but I count on that busride to give me my reading fix. Hopefully they resolve the strike soon because they won’t go past peak hours, and I will arrive at work tomorrow FOUR HOURS TOO SOON. That’s if they don’t change their mind again…) • I’ll try to post a bit more. I’ve let go of it lately because I felt too much pressure to stay in one theme and I ended up over-criticizing my photo’s. Who cares if you have a 1000 followers - I’m doing this because it’s fun to me and it should stay that way.
