So the last few days I worked together with @nicholasbarnettand @danielstuddert on a small game for Ludum Dare 41!

The theme was “2 Incompatible Game Genres” which I must say, was extremely difficult to develop for. As soon as you think you have something, you either fall into a trap of overscoping, or you feel as though you’re tacking on mechanics to a game for no reason! We had ups and downs and learnt a lot.
It was great practice.
Some stuff I made on gamejam, first time for me, probably not the last :) I’ve paid some money, for the oportunity to be working a weekend without sleep and not getting paid for that xD Lots of fun, highly recomend, couldn’t make evrything pretty couse of the time, could look into programmers work, didn’t understand a thing xD All in all it was fun!

ARRRRRR you ready for some SUGAR PIRATES?! people could vote for the setting of our #gamejam game on twitter and both “sugar land” and “pirates” got the exact same amount of votes. and so sugar pirates were born.
today I am mostly catching up on sleep and quite after the intense convention days.

I’m doing the A Game By Its Cover gamejam, it’s a lot of fun
I put together a little animation process for one of the in-game animation !
Done in TVPaint and Photoshop
My first ever collab game jam based on the theme,’Memories’. The whole process was pretty fun, I did majority of the character designs as well as background.
