With etched and gilt blade decorated with scrolling foliage, the crowned Royal cypher, crowned Royal Arms, Britannia, trophies-of-arms, ~ J. Archer & Son~ and ~Warranted~ on a blued panel over three-quarters of its length, gilt-brass hilt, ivory grip bound with plaited wire, in its brass-mounted leather scabbard and complete with its sword knot. 76.7 cm; 30 ¼ in blade.
