I am totally desperate to get my nose pierced and add a few more tattoos! Need to talk to work on the piercing though! I have an idea for my next tattoo that incorporates the date me and my husband got married so I’m really excited to get the ball rolling

Just 1 week into my diet, with no gym time!

1. No soda or sweet tea.

2. No bread (lettuce wraps for sandwiches)

3. I do any style eggs for breakfast, with bananas. Or oatmeal, plain. Black coffee, no sugar.

4. Snack on baby carrots, avocado, fresh broccoli or celery throughout the day.

5. For dinner, I prep and cook any type of fresh meat for protein. Usually sticking with chicken. Along with fresh potatoes, a choice of vegetables with sliced tomatoes for another side.

6. Drink water! When you wake up and before every meal!
