Aka 10 years later and still bitter that I only got skunk Quinn for three (3) episodes. Anyway, I can now reclaim her as my umpteenth pink-haired lesbian comfort character
Art of 2021!! I almost had Aug/Sept and Nov blank because I barely touched my drawing tablet those months. But. I made some traditional art and had something for each month hell yeah!!!
It is veryhard for me to say goodbye, because even when in some point I started to lose faith in Glee I’ve havealways felt involved with this fandom and probably I’ll always be.
Glee gave me feelings, and well, people can laugh about this fact, but we, fangirls/boys/people of the world, know this is something important. Everything that touch us or move us to do things like, I don’t know, writing, drawing, working with PS, spending hours lurking for stuff in the internet or even just be interested in meeting new people just because they are as passionate about something as we are. This is HUGE.
I started to watch Glee the same summer the pilot was released and I loved it, I shipped Brittana and I really enjoyed the show, but my journey really started in January of 2012 when I got involved in a spanish fanfiction community and I was challenged to write a story about Glee. I wrote about Santana, Brittany and Quinn and something woke up inside me, feelings I didn’t know I had to begin with. Then I started to write and read fanfiction but also I was looking for fanart and I wished to find some place, like an archive, with all the femme/femslash fanart. There wasn’t any, so in March of 2012 I started to built my own: glee-art.
Now I am closing the blog with an archive of around 3500 fanarts and about 2900 followers. And for all the people that are still interested in Glee fanarts, I am going to leave it open, even when I am not going to be posting or rebbloging anymore.

I may remember you that I am not a fanartist, and any of the amazing pieces of art I’ve been posting and reblogging are mine. I’ve been just showing and sharing with you the work of others. And I have to stop here for a moment to give thanks to all the incredible fanartists that have shared their talent with us.
