Can we all just take a moment? This is my newest favorite liquid highlighter. The consistency is a little thicker than the NARS illuminators. With Dew drops your face literally looks like the Gods came down and sprinkled some holy dust on you lol. But I swear you wear this and you WILL GLOW.
