Entry 2 for the @precureappeng Dress Up contest!

I noticed that all the other Hugtto girls have their Dress Up card matching their Precure theme: Saaya looks like an angel, Homare has a figure skating outfit, and Lulu and Emiru have matching idols dresses.
That’s lead me chose to draw a cute frilly fancy chearleeder inspired outfit for Hana~ Fure fure!
