One of the hardest things I have had to teach myself as a glass artist is drilling holes in the top for pinch bails. Well through weeks of practice I am starting to get the hang of it!
These are a few of my new translucent fused glass pendants that I have made. The shimmering dichroic glass will take on different levels of brightness based on what you wear under them! I will post more soon!

All glass is hand cut and shaped by me and is fired in my kiln at 1500 degrees to get this wonderful shape. All my pieces are properly annealed for durability.

The design for our Floral Cross was taken from an 11th century Byzantine reliquary, however not much is known about this original design.
The beaded design at the corners of each arm and the opulence of the cross’s inner details certainly reflect the grandiose (yet inherently delicate) Byzantine design aesthetic.
