The question of whether Putin is sick and whether he will die does not matter in itself. It is important whether the Russian society will be able and will want to work out democratic procedures in the state, otherwise nothing will change there.☹️

The Kałusz Orchestra showed a music video for the song Stefania, shot in Bucha, Irpin, Hostomel and Borodyanka, which were destroyed by the Russian army. They did not want to publish it before Eurovision, so as not to be accused of politicizing the competition. The video ends with the link: Stand with

Creepy photos of destroyed cities ☹️

Dragon Capital: "As per both Ukrainian and Russian reports, Russian forces did not make any tangible gains yesterday around Severodonetsk, currently the main battle of this war, and essentially failed to advance on approaches to Lyman, mid-way between Izyum and Severodonetsk." — Anders Åslund (@anders_aslund) May 17, 2022

Dragon Capital: Ukrainian forces’ spectacular attack at the Siverskiy Donets river near Severodonetsk continued to reverberate in Russian social media Reportedly it left close to 500 Russian troops killed and over 80 tanks, armored vehicles & other pieces of equipment destroyed.

If you’re looking for a way to help Ukrainian refugees, the Polish Red Cross andCaritas of the Archdiocese of Przemyśl (in Poland) are actively raising funds and materials to assist those fleeing the invasion. These organizations are providing boots-on-the-ground assistance right now to refugees
