Breakfast: chopped up mangoes, pomegranate, lots of (mostly hidden) oats, pumpkin seeds, organic soya milk and maple syrup. :)
Dinner tonight - huge baked sweet potato with a kidney/cannellini bean and veg chilli. :)
Keeping it simple - almost the exact same salad as yesterday because it was so good ^_^ Romaine lettuce, cucumber, black beans, avocado, sundried tomatoes, lemon juice and s&p.
