Two days ago I took an important decision, that was to give up alcohol.

I don’t need it to dance or have fun.
And it’s so much better for my body! (and for the day after)

Yesterday was the first test, a party where all the drinks are very cheap.
So everyone is drunk. But yesterday it was not me! woohoo!
And today I was fresh and fruity :)

Today I ate

Breakfast: smoothie from 9 bananas with 1 papaya
€1,80 + €0,75
Lunch: Grapefruit juice + orangejuice €0,60 + €1,00
+ 1 pineapple €0,33
Snack: 4 dates €0,60
1 dragonfruit, 3 passionfruits €0,50 + €0,40
Dinner: ½ bio head batavialettuce €0,70, 1 bio carrot €0,20, ½ bio cucumber €0,70, raisins €0,10, ½ lemon €0,20, some broccoli sprouts €0,45, bio spinach 30g €0,40
Snack: 4 dates €0,60, 1 banana €0,20

—-
around €9,50

More than I thought!
Bananas are cheap, around 20 cent apiece
Dates also (for the medjool dates, €0,15 apiece)
But orange juice is quite expensive, €1,00 for 0,50 litre
And a papaya is expensive, €0,75 apiece

I want to do this more often, it’s handy for myself and maybe it’s nice for everyone who reads this.
I strive for €8,00 a day

I ate at Follow Your Heart. Had their products before but this was my first time at their restaurant. I’ll definitely be back here . I got a stuffed and totally loaded chipotle black bean sweet potato. It was so good, the sauce under the cheese was so creamy… Also their burger was amazing. (Their cheese tastes even better the way they prepare it there) I’m usually daiya or bust. I had half of each, so now there’s only a million more things on their menu I needa go back and try.
