He flashed her an odd sort of expression, one that was both disdainful and teasing. Josh hated to admit it, but he was a little bit fond of the outlaw. For all the trouble she gave him and just about every body else in the state, Tulip was charming.
Josh would have to be careful of that.
“May I?”
despite all her fondness of josh (admiration, really, that he’s managed to collect bounties on her) there’s suspicion in tulip’s eyes as she watches him. it’s strange seeing him in a normal circumstance without any ‘good guy v. bad guy’ dynamic. still, the woman gives a curt nod towards the fire.
“—don’t got an active bounty anyway, mind you. been behaving myself, really have. even an outlaw as good as me needs a day off every once ‘n awhile, but i don’t reckon i’ve ever seen you take much of a break unless it’s t’ set up for camp on a long ride back t’ town with my ass tied up by the fire.”
if we could read minds I still don’t think we’d understand them.
like I’ve spoken to people who think in images, who have to translate each thought into words before they communicate. and I think entirely in words, laid out across the void inside my head. my father’s thinking is 3d, concepts structured in ways that are incredibly difficult to translate into words. and how would that look to me, if I could see into it? how do I perceive a thought that my mind cannot contain by the nature of their construction?
we all speak a private language to ourselves and we are always translating so we can speak to each other…don’t touch me I’m emotional
I love Repo! The Genetic Opera. It’s the perfect movie. The effects are amazing. The effects look like shit. The color grading has two settings and they both look horrible. There are dozens of sets, and each one is the same sound stage. I love the costuming, it looks like they raided a 2002 hot topic and a Spencers. The characters are amazing, 95% of them are assholes. It’s aged horribly, it’s timeless. It’s a tragedy and the funniest shit I’ve ever seen. It’s a mess, it’s a masterpiece. Nathan is insane, and he’s my best friend.
i love seeing people i don’t know adore things i love. i love going through tags of my moon posts and seeing others swoon over the moon as well. i love seeing people get excited over the rain. and i love when i come across someone who is just as obsessed as i am with a certain book.
