Hey, fellow ICHIHIME and Bleach fans! I’ve started writing a novel based on our beloved characters from the manga. I’ve deliberated posting this for quite a long time, and I decided to just go with it.
I would just like to share them with you, and hopefully you’ll give my story a chance. Thank you so much for your time!

Gravity’s Ascension Ch. 6 preview
Here’s some IH hurt/comfort that pretty much wrecked my emotions tonight. Enjoy!
Coming to a ladder leading up to a manhole cover, spots of light streamed down on Orihime and the swirling dust made it crown over her head like a halo. The Fallen Angel followed his Daylight out of the tunnel and into the desolate alley. Feeling a pull of gravity to the woman next to him, Ichigo let himself drag her into his arms. Wrapping her securely in an embrace, shadowed in the overhang from a crumbling building.
“I’m sorry,” he whispered against her ear, his warm breath caressing the tender skin, causing her to shiver. “I’m sorry.”
Clenching her fingers into the black leather jacket he wore, Orihime buried her face into his neck as he held her. The strength Ichigo exuded went far beyond his physical training and years in the field. It felt healing, replenishing. She had been alone for so long, that she had forgotten basic human kindness and touch. Ichigo’s strength was warm, and reassuring, permitting the emotions to swirl in her torso like a whirlpool before they settled.
“Thank you,” she whispered. Orihime pulled back from the embrace slightly.
“You never need to thank me for this, okay? Besides, if our situations were reversed, I know you’d do the same for me,” Ichigo smiled, removing a glove from his hand to wipe her tears away with his thumb.
“Yes,” Orihime’s words soft, feeling her soul committing itself to him. “In a heartbeat.”
