I really hope all of you are practicing self-care! I’ve been trying to give myself permission to focus on self-care but it’s been hard. Every day, there is more news of hate tearing through the world. Constant attacks on the Black community and the Trans community leaves me angry and heartbroken. I want to use my voice to speak up and out and often times my emotions run so wild I can’t find the words because my head is spinning. —————————————————
Please take the time to care for yourself. Take time to reach out to those who you are close to and check on them. It’s important that we look after each other because we all are in this revolution together! We can and will make this world a better place for everyone ️‍
