This is a piece of official art for the Jet Set Radio Original Soundtrack album. As you can see, the cover includes a rudie, but I can’t figure out who that rudie is. I thought it was Beat because the hair and headphones matched up, but the katakana on the shoes and t-shirt aren’t the ones we see on Beat.
