2020 was the worst year of my life (so far), but I was able to channel my emotions into art. I released an album, and had a collection of poems left over. These are those poems.
This song originally had lyrics, but I couldn’t get the tone of the vocal to sound right, so instead I opted to just release it instrumentally. Instead the lyrics became poetry.

I was comissioned to play instruments, produce, mix, and master this track for Subsided!
I was given free creative control over production but I intended to stick relatively close to the original, so that the vocalist could still sing it, but I was also told to keep it to my own personal style, which I was more than happy to do.
The addition of synths to the guitar solo and a little blippy noise that happens once in the background were my own personal moments where I think this track shines.
