Me getting tired of a song that I played 24/7 for twelve days straight

Me late at night thinking about that one insignificant lyric I’ve been singing wrong for weeks

When an artist first reveals they’re releasing an album

When that album is finally released

When you listen to the first song

Then the next ones

Then when you get to that one unnecessarily sad song

But then it gets more positive again

And then there’s a really shocking confession lyric in the middle of the album

But then the last two songs suck

But it was still enjoyable and made you happy

And then the album is over and you have nothing else to do
