Update regarding MLP marketing.
I contacted Kotobukiya via Twitter regarding me purchasing a pamphlet and the badges, and they sent me this in response.

My experience with Sideshow: 10/10! Good prices, excellent packaging, and very quick delivery! Have ordered several things from them, 100% satisfied every time!
My experience with BBTS: 5/10. A bit overpriced, and ridiciously long waiting times between orders being made and delivered. I have been waiting for my Rarity from them for 6 months. However, the packaging options they provide are fantastic, and there’s cheaper options of imperfect figurines for people wanting something a bit cheaper!
All of Kotobukiya’s official retailers are here! If you found one on a different site, perhaps they order specifically from Kotobukiya! Don’t forget, do your research, and don’t feel shy about contacting companies directly!
