Side note: The races I chose for this story don’t always match my default humanstuck headcanons… and no one is mixed race because I got lazy; I’m sorry. OTL

Watching “Grease 1978” was a mistake (a good one)

I took these photos and they’re giving me major kurloz vibes for some reason

most people seem to have read homestuck and come away with a lot of very good and deep thoughts but I came away like TAKE ME TO MOTHERFUCKIN CLOWN CHURCH BAYBEEEEEE

Seriously, guys? Stop over complicating things. It’s very simple and clear what’s going on.

The Gamzee in the update is our Gamzee. He does not want to kill anyone.

-Why does he have Nepeta’s scars open?

Because this is before he met Jane. This is Gamzee before he got his god tier attire. Time isn’t really a paradox space-wide constant in Homestuck, is it? 

-What’s he doing with Kurloz?

Exploiting him. Gamzee’s completely normal now - he knows about his origins, but denies them, as he has been shoosh papped by now. Right now, Gamzee is trying to help his dead friends, and it’s possible the only way he can do that is through becoming god tier.

Gamzee knows Kurloz is pretty damn religious towards the highbloods by now or whatever, and has him look for the pieces to his godtier outfit to aid him.

-Why did he sound angry?

Well, he’s pretty sick of Kurloz spouting nonsense right now. He wants to get in business already, and Kurloz keeps talking about things Gamzee now finds pointless.

I’m pretty sure that totally covers it? Stop with these crazy theories about alternate Gamzees or him going evil again. I am 300% sure this is what’s going on.
