Process of a commission and rules:

• I will provide you with a rough sketch while discussing how a piece will look but I won’t start the actual piece before I’ve received the full payment.
• You’re allowed to ask for 1 major change for the piece after I’ve already started working on the actual piece but after that I’ll charge for any major changes. 
• Payments only via Paypal, no refunds.
