Lie to you

Avoid taking responsibility
It is crucial to understand exactly what gaslighting is in order to combat a gaslighter. Gaslighting is a toxic trait and it is important to understand what it is in order to avoid gaslighters and to avoid gaslighting people yourself (you may not even realise you’re doing it).

I will not take a leadership or organizational role until that process is completed because the power of the social capital that comes with leadership makes coercion easy and accountability difficult.
