another x-men panel redraw… predictably I’m obsessed with this visual from Inferno #3

squeezing hit monkey ep 9 and 10 bgs into the same post because i didnt actually paint much on these eps… but i got bg lead credit so thats cool!! ^^ also look how good i got at painting anime clouds lmao thank you everyone for bearing w these posts, i’m done now.

hit monkey ep 8 bgs - I worked on a lot of the arizona stuff as well as the big monkey fight at the end. Actually there’s barely a scene in this episode that I didn’t touch…  probably out of the whole season its the ep I feel closest too.

Hit Monkey ep 7 stuff - both bg paints and some of the design work i did for akiko’s hospital room which provide a pretty good breakdown of our bg process on the show actually… I also did lead work on the house rubble and about 30 different sky paintings for the chase scene lol..very heavy episode for me.

i moved from boston to atlanta 2 years ago… i miss the snow!

hit monkey ep 6 bgs… i didn’t do a lot of painting on this ep but its bc i started doing bg lead work!

hit monkey ep 4 bgs~ the grungy locker room is probably my favorite location in the whole show. when the backgrounds team gets the layouts/designs theyre pretty clean so its fun when we get to really rough em up.

Hit Monkey ep 3 background paints. I like this episode a lot tbh like I think the show rly hits its stride here. I also did all the posters of old planes and maps in the shoot out scene… pretty sure thats in ep 3…?
