If Ted and Booster wouldn’t make the cutie wootiest Hufflepuffs I dunno who would.
Also, guess what I’m rereading.
Michael John Carter, nicknamed ‘Booster’, is a catcher and Quidditch captain and is leading the Hufflepuffs to victory for the first time in years. His father was also Quidditch captain back in his day and pushes his son extremely hard. It’s rumored he bets on his own team, but this has yet to be proven. He has a pet owl named Skeets who automatically fetches any book from the library for any subject that Booster has trouble with, to Madam Pince’s chagrin.
Ted Kord is only a backup beater on the Quidditch team. Although he loves the game and is a great flyer, he can’t focus. He’s put his energy into trying to ‘improve’ the game, like inventing a ‘better’ Snitch. So far, England’s Quidditch Association has rejected all his ideas and he is in fact banned from their main building after the last Snitch caused a small explosion. He is also a renowned wizard chess champion, but he seems bored when this is brought up.
