I’m feeling grateful this week for the amount of work I have been able to put in both in my day job and in my personal passion projects.

I filmed and should be posting my newest YouTube video in the next few days. I have spent some time developing a business plan for my residential design company (follow @slvrdesigns for updates coming soon) and pushed to also help build @amriella_ channels and brand. (excited for things to come with her as well)
.
Don’t get me wrong it’s tough but I’m glad I was also able to take a step back and breathe a bit. Amber and I are now putting a hard cut on work at 9:30pm each night. It’s easy to loose yourself in work. This way we can get to bed early and get an actual good night’s sleep

My best friend and partner in crime @amriella_ She is my rock and my soul. Whenever I get a wild and crazy idea she’s right there by my side supporting me 100% To say I got lucky is an understatement.

We are working on ourselves as a team while developing ourselves further as individuals. She is on the home stretch with finishing her novel while I am studying to become an architect. Find you someone who is just as hardworking as you are so you can both lift each other up to greater things.

It’s because the society we live in is addicted to thinking! It’s the first thing we do when any problem comes up - we think our way deeper into it

Here’s something for you to consider: how can thinking solve a problem that thinking created?

No, it’s not a riddle. Just pointing to the notion of thought. It isn’t a thing. It doesn’t exist outside of the mind - unless we bring it into the world and we do this by creating stories around thoughts which make them true and then they become beliefs

Wisdom speaks with the same calm demeanour it always has in our moments of clarity, but it can be drowned out by thought. If we get quiet enough we let wisdom guide us
