No, it’s not a riddle. Just pointing to the notion of thought. It isn’t a thing. It doesn’t exist outside of the mind - unless we bring it into the world and we do this by creating stories around thoughts which make them true and then they become beliefs

Wisdom speaks with the same calm demeanour it always has in our moments of clarity, but it can be drowned out by thought. If we get quiet enough we let wisdom guide us

Who we think we are is a collection of made up stories that we believe to be true. Who we really are is far greater than that because who we really are is love

Our minds can only perceive a fraction of who we really are when we’re living through the stories we have about ourselves and it’s because we’re limiting our view of life when we think events mean something about who we are - but they don’t

Events only have the meaning we ascribe to them, who we really are is untouched by anything that happens in our lives because love is infinite

Being who you really are means dropping the stories about what you think something means about you and stepping into love which is about others✅
