Hi everyone, I’ve had this blog for a few years when I first became interested in becoming healthy, however, at this point of my life I was becoming obsessed with losing weight and being skinny whilst comparing myself to other people who have bodies that would be completely unattainable and my outlook on this became more about losing weight as opposed to living a healthier lifestyle.
I’ve decided to redesign this blog and use it as a personal record of a health journey I plan to take for both my body and my personal mindset. This includes:
> moving to vegetarian diet and eventually, a vegan diet.
> slowly moving away from dairy products.
> continuing a cruelty-free lifestyle, but hoping to move towards a more natural health and beauty routine.
> gradually moving towards a minimalist lifestyle.
> gradually moving towards a zero-waste lifestyle.
Not only will this blog help me, I’m hoping that I can create a place where tips based on the list above can be shared and that everyone can move towards a healthier lifestyle.
