CATSY CLINE

domestic shorthair * calico - gray/orange tabby * senior * female * large * special needs * Last Hope Inc. * Burnsville, MN

ABOUT CATSY CLINE

Hi, I’m Catsy Cline and I am 9 years young. For those of you who don’t know I’m A Country Meowsic Singer. I haven’t done much performing lately. The pupaparrzzi have been a bit unkind about my weight. That all changed since I got to my foster mom’s. She is helping me train for Celebrity Fit Club: Feline Edition. I will need a forever family who can help with this too. I need a feeding schedule and small portions. It helps manage my diabetes. I need insulin twice a day. I take my shots like a good girl.

Don’t get the wrong idea I’m no diva. I am looking for a forever family who likes to cuddle, maybe even sit on your lap. I am happy just to be with you. I do have my very own special if it’s one of those days you think it’s too warm for a cuddly kitty. How you could not want my cuddles all the time is beyond me. Seriously how many cute, cuddly, country meowsic singing, calico cats are out there?

Also I get along well with other cats and dogs. I haven’t met any kids but I like everyone I meet so I’m open to living with some.

Would you like to sing a duet or start a family band? I’m your girl.

Love and kisses,

Catsy

i know catsy’s yowling will make you fall to pieces!

CHICKABEE

domestic shorthair * brown tabby * young * female * small * special needs * ACT V Rescue & Rehabilitation * Bloomington, MN

ABOUT CHICKABEE

Chickabee came to us from San Antonio after she had been hit by a car and lost both of her back feet. We worked with a prosthetician for several months until the fit was right. She doesn’t wear her prosthetics during the day, but does when the foster comes home. She can climb up stairs and run around! Chick loves to talk and look out the windows at the wildlife outside. She is cuddly but also independent.

This 7#, two and a half year old girl has not been around dogs or cats since we have gotten her.

Chickabee deserves a stable and very loving home with a person who can monitor her “stubs” for any sores that could develop.

If you are interested in this little girl, please email us at [email protected]

Adoption fee is $150 plus tax. Inquiries with in 1 hour of Minneapolis or 30 min from Rochester.

SCUBA STEVE

domestic shorthair * gray and white * adult * male * medium * special needs - FIV+ * Carver-Scott Humane Society * Chaska, MN

ABOUT SCUBA STEVE

Breed: Domestic short hair

Est. DOB: 2012

Dog Friendly: Unknown

Cat Friendly: Unknown (but should NOT go to a home with other cats unless the cats are FIV positive)

Kid Friendly: Yes

History: Stray, transferred from local impound

Location: Chuck & Don’s store in Chanhassen (near the Cub Foods, Wendy’s)

Adoption Fee: $95 (Adoption Fee includes age appropriate vaccinations, FLV/FIV test, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery.)

Hi, I’m Scuba Steve! I love humans and attention from humans. I’m a sweet fellow but I should tell you upfront that I am FIV positive. FIV is a virus that only cats can get (it does not infect humans) and it is usually spread through cats biting or fighting each other. Eventually, it may make me ill but right now I am a healthy, friendly boy. I have no symptoms at all, but I should definitely go to a family that has no other cats or if you already have cats that are FIV positive, that could be fine as well! FIV positive cats can live for years and years without any extra medications or care. Just feed me healthy food and bring me for my regular checkups and I will be just fine! They say I might have a more difficult time finding a family but I try to stay positive. I’m a friendly, handsome boy and I know that I will find love. Come meet me and you’ll see for yourself!

If you would like to adopt this animal, please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire on our website at https://www.carverscotths.org/adoption-application/ and one of our Adoption Advocates will follow up with you as soon as possible. 9/29/17 7:36 PM

MISS SMUDGE MENARDS

domestic shorthair * calico * female * baby * small * special needs - FIV+ * Purrsnickitty Cat Rescue * Faribault, MN

ABOUT MISS SMUDGE MENARDS

Hi my name is Miss Smudge Menards. If I was a boy I guess I would be called Groucho. My bday is estimated to be on 4/13/17. No my foster mom is not a professional photographer.I was observed at Menards in Dundas in the garden center area. They have a lot of birds in the rafters so I would set and watch them at nite when the store was closed. One morning I got caught sleeping on a bag of playground rubber ground cover and the lady offered me some food. You know them birds never flew down low enough to catch them.I only weigh 4 lbs and I get hungry. It only took me about 2 days to warm up to my foster home but when I figered out that my mom likes it when I roll on my back and stick my feet up in the air then we have been best of friends. She is funny. There is something about me that is kind of sad. I tested positive for FIV. This means that I cannot live with another cat.I would like you to talk with my Vet Eli at 507-645-5327 and get more info on my condition if you are considering adopting me.My fee is $190. tax included.

HERO

siamese * buff/cream/tan * senior * male * small * special needs * Watonwan County Humane Society * Saint James, MN

ABOUT HERO #1021

Hero – what a fitting name for this brave little boy. We were shocked when this senior cat arrived at our shelter on 3/14/17. Hero was nothing but fur and bones – every protuberance of his spinal column could be felt while gently petting him. He barely had the strength to eat, drink and use the litter box.

After three months on medication and a high calorie diet, Hero has done amazingly well. He has nearly doubled his weight and regained most of his normal strength. Hero now enjoys hopping out of his enclosure to explore every corner of the shelter while greeting everyone that stops to pet him.

We think Hero was born around 2003. He is a handsome, happy boy and he is one of the most affectionate cats in the shelter. Hero would be a wonderful senior companion to someone who could provide a little extra TLC for our sweet boy. We love our Hero and you will too!
