if you asked me 4 months ago if i’d come out of the other side of watching glee with Sam Evans as my favorite character, i’d have laughed at you, and yet here we are

also i was really on the Klaine Train when i first watched glee, BUT i was a teen and stopped watched before season 3 ended, and now i am pretty ready to get off this ride

i also CANNOT for the life of me figure out if will schuester is the bad guy. he’s so clearly unlikable—to the point of satire and parody—but he also always wins, always gets what he wants, and is always forgiven whenever he fucks up (even if he didn’t really do anything to changer or amend the hurt he caused).

i feel like an actual villain would lose eventually? what is ryan murphy telling us when he makes a character that’s so deeply unlikable—and inappropriate in so many ways—but that character still always wins?

the amount of brainspace glee takes up right now is astounding. simultaneously glad and horrified that i have rewatched it
