Misha is Sir Fluffinchops today. He thinks Boo being naughty is laughably hilarious, and lets me work from home without drama. He understands so much, although he barely talks. Boo is 1000x more of a pest than Misha. I get home and he just wants to eat and play, because he ignores the food in his bowl since I started cooking a lot more during this pandemic. I know my cooking is good, and I probably need help eating, but he just takes over. Misha, on the other hand is like the cockatoo of mellow chill. Misha has been loving learning about lock picking on his busy board, and daintily nibbles only the healthiest food I give him. Misha being this close to Chris without actively trying to murder him is incredible progress from a year ago. It really started to click with him that Chris is his friend once we all went to the Tower Grove Farmers Market. Sharing cookies (from @shortymixcookies ) bribed him further. Moluccan cockatoos live 50-80 years or more, so taking almost a year to be minimally friendly is just a relatively short time.
