there’s moments when you’re speechless. i love those moments.
This photo took me a few hours for all the elements to come together as they are - the silhouette, the tent, the milky way. For me, it’s another proof that one of the most important things in photography is patience.

My alarm rings, but I’m so sleepy. Still, I open my tents entrance without moving out of the sleeping bag, unsure what I want to see out there - clear starry skies or just some clouds so I can go back to sleep. After all - it’s the first, I put on my clothes and get out. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen actual color in the Milky Way with naked eye. I shoot for around 2 hours which are just irreplaceable - and I’ve secretly hoped for clouds :) Elenini Lakes, Rila Mountain, Bulgaria.
