EDIT: Fixed some more things so updated the link to a new version again!! Most of the old links are down at this point
Both Arthur and Mystery have gained an ability to make them more important in combat even with the full team present
Arthur’s “Bait” ability has a different effect now (gives the party a DEF buff)
Characters no longer die, they fall unconscious and are returned to 1HP after a battle, so you won’t get a Game Over for losing one party member in battle
You now go Game Over if all members in the party are unconscious
Everyone has gained an ability that can knock an ally out of Sleep and Confusion
Some enemies use Confusion less often, specifically in the third Level
The last two skills Arthur learns last make more damage
The last skill Vivi learns was nerfed slightly
A cow has been added
The name of Lew’s class has been changed to make it seem less impersonal
The hint you can get when using the cellphone in the attic is now a little more straightforward
A few more easter eggs have been added but not many
Starting in Level 5 you’ll have the option of changing which character represents the team on the map with their sprite (You’ll receive a message once it’s been enabled)
Arthur’s cellphone has been altered a little
Bugs, mainly about arrow jumping but also about other things, have been fixed

There’s another gamebreaking bug in Level 5 (Details under the read more to avoid Spoilers!). I’m fixing it as we speak to release a new version later on today. You should be able to import your save files if you haven’t triggered the bug, yet. If you have, I’m contemplating putting in a fail save for those who have so they can import their saves, as well.
As usual, save lots and preferably make multiple save files. I apologize for the trouble!
When you’re in Cadence in the graveyard and found the right grave to push the headstone away of, you’re met with the choice of going in or staying on the surface, If you choose “Yes”, a.k.a. you still have stuff to do on the surface and leave the graveyard you won’t be able to go down afterwards. If you choose “Yes” but remain in the graveyard, you’ll be fine.
