a mask for the warden of the substation
(paper mache pulp, air-dry clay, acrylics)
It was entirely a happy accident but I’m kinda obsessed with how much this thing’s expression changes depending on the angle

mask of Become Funny Little Guy (paper mache pulp, air-dry clay, acrylics)
VISCERA ORB #2: this ones kinda flat
(i go into the stairwell and i take my silly little selfies)
at dusk, by the edge of the field
beneath the dam, by the rusted walls

fae youngling sneaking out to explore the botanical gardens. nobody tell him his glamour’s failing
Tried some new stuff with this mask and I’m honestly thrilled with how it turned out! (paper mache pulp, air-dry clay, acrylics)
VISCERA ORB #1…. COMPLETED
This is going to be part of a larger sculpture, but until then it can also be: my face
One of my first custom masks.
The current works in progress. Who would have expected that paper towel and glues would make such sturdy and solid pieces.
All unpainted, yet fully sculpted and realized. Very excited for the next steps on these. If you’re curious about where you’ll see a few of these in the future….. stay tuned.
