pmtok tag I present to you an Olivia.

trying to figure out how I want to draw her, because everyone seems to have their own way of drawing her, might change the boots though.

(posting this unfinished as it was a warm-up and will stay as-is unless I decide to finish it)

Olly teaching Olivia on how to make origami cranes, as Olivia doesn’t know how to. ;w;

Just completed 100% on Paper Mario: The Origami King! In celebration, I decided to redo and improve my take on Olivia, and also attempt to create Olly as well!

1. Arms crossed

2. Arms opened

3. Back view

4. No hat (I made these two to have removable hats since Olivia can remove hers in the Green Streamer sections)

Bonus: “Scribbles” on King Olly

Who’s ready to fight some origami, tape and colored pencils next month? Count me in! :D

suppermariobroth:

On July 4, 2021, Nintendo of America published a news update titled “Games that go BOOM!” promoting various games that contain explosions, to fit the holiday’s fireworks.

The first game on that list is Paper Mario: The Origami King. As the game is still not old enough for me to safely assume that spoilers are no longer a concern, I will not explain in what capacity an explosion appears during the game’s plot, other than that it is a somber and dramatic moment. For those who have played the game, an inclusion of it on a list of explosions to create a festive atmosphere can be considered to be uncharacteristically dark humor from Nintendo at best and in poor taste at worst.
