My landlord has decided to proceed with court proceedings for the remaining $1013 balance (my June rent and the remaining $220 I owe from back rent). I’m potentially doing an art collaboration to raise additional funds. But want to continue boosting this. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated. So I’ve paid down $2600/2800 balance. But my May rent takes this balance back to $1000. I know by June 1st they have the right to move into eviction proceedings and take it to court. Looking for any and all help possible. If I get evicted, I won’t be able to get a new apartment. No one rents to ppl with that on their record. And I can’t move back home for my mental health. I have no where else to go. I’m feel so overwhelmed and really need someone to get this to some white people with plenty of disposable income. I’m posting this to my community with hopes that it’ll get to those who actually OWE our community for all the work we do.
