Iris stretched. It was quite honestly good to be away from the frigid cold of Alabaster Icelands. Iris didn’t do well with ice after all.
The moderate temperature of Obsidian Fieldlands was definitely preferred.
They departed three days ago from Alabaster Iceland. Irida had accepted her defeat, to a degree at least, and explained how the Nobles came to be frenzied. They had discussed the best way to handle the issue.
To her surprise, Ash argued for them splitting up. There were two frenzied Pearl Clan Nobles, in the Alabaster Icelands and one back in Obsidian Fieldlands. Kleavor (whom Iris understood now to be variation evolution to Scyther) was rampaging to the point where he was hurting people. No one had been killed yet but it was only a matter of time. On the opposite end, Avalugg wasn’t moving yet but the second he did so, he could bury all of the Pearl Clan in a single heartbeat.
Thus Ash’s argument was simple: split up and handle both at the same time. Riley and Ash were skilled enough in Aura speak that attempting to converse with the frenzied Nobles as promised should be easy enough. And they were all skilled trainers.
