Uranus  was the primal god personifying the sky. Uranus or Father Sky was the son and husband of Gaia,Mother Earth. Uranus and Gaia were the parents of the first generation of Titans, and the ancestors of most of the Greek gods.

Tartarus is the deep abyss that is used as a dungeon of torment and suffering for the wicked and as the prison for the Titans. Tartarus is the place where souls are judged after death and where the wicked received divine punishment. Like other primal entities, Tartarus was also considered to be a primordial deity.

Eros was the god of sexual attraction. He was one of the winged love gods, Erotes.
Eros was the fourth god to come into existence, coming after Chaos, Gaia, and Tartarus.

Erebus was representing the personification of darkness; Hesiod’s Theogony identifies him as one of the first five beings in existence, born of Chaos.
The name Erebus is also used as a region of the Greek underworld where the dead pass immediately after dying, and is sometimes used interchangeably with Tartarus.

Chronos is the personification ofTime in pre-Socratic philosophy and later literature. Chronos governed linear, chronological time.
The identification became more widespread during the Renaissance, giving rise to the allegory of “Father Time” wielding the harvesting scythe.
He was depicted as a man turning the Zodiac Wheel.

Chaos was the first thing to exist.
The Greek word chaos means yawningorgap. Chaos was an unformed mass, where all the elements were jumbled up together in a “shapeless heap”.

Ananke is a personification of inevitability, compulsionandnecessity. She is often depicted as holding a spindle.
Ananke marks the beginning of the cosmos, along with her father and consort, Chronos. She was seen as the most powerful dictator of all fate and circumstance which meant that mortals, as well as the Gods, respected her and paid homage.

Pontos was the primordial god of the sea. He was the sea itself, not merely its resident deity, who was born from earth at the dawn of creation. 
Pontos and Gaia were parents of the ancient sea gods Nereus, Keto, Phorkys, Thaumas and Eurybia. By Thalassa, his watery female counterpart, he was the father of fish and other sea creatures. 
Poseidon, king of the sea, wed Pontos’ eldest granddaughter Amphitrite. 

Ταρταρος

Tartaros was the primordial god of the stormy pit of Tartaros that lies beneath the foundations of the earth. He was the body of the pit itself rather than an anthropomorphic deity.
The universe was envisaged as great sphere with the solid dome of the sky forming the upper half and the inverse dome of the pit of Tartaros the lower.  Tartaros was secured with a surrounding wall of bronze set with a pair of gates guarded by the hundred-handed Hekatonkheires and was the gloomy, storm-wracked prison of the Titanes
