There’s some kind of time disaster brewing, and Batman pulls up a list of some usual suspects in the 21st century. Alongside Eobard, that’s Dr Manhattan, Chronos, Per Degaton, Rip Hunter, and the Time Commander.
Batman’s up to something with time-related artifacts from the Watchmen universe, but only the Time Masters (or one of them, at least) are aware of it. And perhaps Eobard knows too, though he doesn’t actually appear in the issue. He’s probably lurking around the periphery somewhere and up to no good.
It’s so hilarious how Eobard actually seems to fit most of the Lantern rings, lmao
Probably that’s the reason why he hasn’t been chosen and thankfully too, cause nobody wants a super Lantern Reverse Flash running around xD
I think it’s a testament to how rich a character he is and how much history he’s had that he could feasibly fit into several Corps. And this is a great piece, very expressive and fun! Love how Eobard’s surprise and concern keep building with each new ring, and can’t blame him :)

Meet the Reverse-Slash, Eobard’s dinosaur counterpart. This is the extent of his appearance in the series thus far, but as you’ve probably guessed it’s about a bunch of DC dinosaurs having adventures. The book is very silly and actually rather fun, though I liked the first issue better than this one.
