Batman’s up to something with time-related artifacts from the Watchmen universe, but only the Time Masters (or one of them, at least) are aware of it. And perhaps Eobard knows too, though he doesn’t actually appear in the issue. He’s probably lurking around the periphery somewhere and up to no good.

It’s so hilarious how Eobard actually seems to fit most of the Lantern rings, lmao
Probably that’s the reason why he hasn’t been chosen and thankfully too, cause nobody wants a super Lantern Reverse Flash running around xD
I think it’s a testament to how rich a character he is and how much history he’s had that he could feasibly fit into several Corps. And this is a great piece, very expressive and fun! Love how Eobard’s surprise and concern keep building with each new ring, and can’t blame him :)

Too Fast For Ya
Pamela had lured and killed many in her never-ending crusade to spread the Green’s control over the very Earth it rightfully owned. From greedy business moguls, to irritating litterbugs, and of course the costumed heroes who would try to stop her; none were immune to her seductive charms that she weaponized to bring humanity underfoot.
Speedsters, however, were a curious breed of man; dangerous as well as difficult to ensnare in her vines. Having one under her thrall would’ve been invaluable to her cause. Eobard Thawne, however, had proven to be immune to her seductive pheromones as his body flushed out her toxins almost as quickly as they entered him. But as luck would have it, the Reverse Flash didn’t need a coaxing pollen to be enticed by her beauty.
Despite the pride she carried in her connection to the Green, Poison Ivy herself still craved the physical pleasure that came from her human-side. Soon enough she discovered her alliance with a super-charged, vibrating and regenerative lover wasn’t without its benefits.

I was thinking about this whole, everybody’s mad at Barry over Flashpoint and did some thinking. Forgive the crude drawing, but it explains my point (Doc Brown-style)
Flashpoint is not the reason for everything. There have so far been 3 time travels back to Barry’s mom’s death.
there are:
1. The original timeline
2. The timeline Reverse Flash and Future (Barry 2024/Crisis Barry?) go back and RF kills Barry’s Mom
3. The timeline where Barry goes back and says goodbye to his mom (this subtle change may have caused changes)
4. The timeline where Barry saves his Mom (Flashpoint)
5. The timeline where Barry lets RF kill his mom, creating our current Prime timeline.
And that doesn’t count:
6. When Barry traveled back in time to stop Weather Wizard from destroying Central City
7. When Barry traveled back in time to S1 to talk to RF
And the Legends have time traveled on at least 23 occasions and they are not very good at staying hidden and not causing collateral damage.
Sara Lance (White Canary) also tried to kill Damien Darkh in the past at least once (before he could kill her sister in S4 of Arrow), and when she decided to let him live, bragged about him losing in S4 so he decided to travel through time with RF, which I’m sure will affect the timeline.
And that’s not counting what else RF has been up to, like trying to blow up New York in the 1945. Everyone should be mad at RF for putting everything into motion. He cause the original time aberration by going back and killing Barry’s Mom.
Not to mention, Barry was gone for 3 months during Flashpoint from the prime timeline, Cisco’s brother dying and Caitlyn having powers could have occurred regardless of Flashpoint.
