February - June

Was so close to breaking my fast 3 hours earlier.. I’ve been so so tired since the weekend. I need to get out of this funk. Just wanted to let you guys know I’m not always motivated and have the energy and drive to eat healthy and workout. There’s many days like this that I just want to break my fast eat unhealthy and skip my workout. I haven’t ate yet, I’m on my second coffee of the day to even have the slightest energy to workout and that’s okay!
