FULL BODY (anotha one *dj khaled voice*) hahaha Happy Happy Wednesday let’s get after it this week! Try this full body workout and let me know whatcha think! 5️⃣ 40S | Push-Up Shoulder Tap Arm Raise
20S Rest and Repeat 2-3 times!!!

I’ve honestly been loving this whole home workout thing that’s been going on for what now feels like forever haha It has challenged my fitness journey in so many ways and it’s all been for the better! I’ve been so much more creative with coming up with the most efficient and effective ways to train with no weights and it’s been awesome trying so many new things!
