Hello, everybody! Welcome to the 2022 oc pride challenge! Before we start, I must say this; randomestfandom’s helped with this challenge as the planning began months ago, but this is the LAST time Maddie will have anything to do with this blog or these challenges. I have now enlisted the help of people I consider much more trustworthy and welcoming for future challenges; @reyskestis and @juliaswickcrs. Now let’s get onto more fun things, the actual challenge… after the rules;
Rules
- Do not steal other peoples edits!
- Be kind to everyone!
- Tag #opc2022 to get your edits reposted on this blog!
- Don’t tag any edits not related to the challenge with that.
- This is for LGBTQIA+ ocs only… that’s why it’s the pride challenge.
WEEK ONE: IDENTITIES
Day One: Gay Day
Make something for a gay oc!
Day Two: Lesbian Day
Make something for a lesbian oc!
Day Three: Bi Day
Make something for a bisexual and/or biromantic oc!
Day Four: Poly Day
Make something for an oc who is polysexual and/or polyamorous oc!
Day Five: Pan Day
Make something for a pansexual and/or panromantic oc!
Day Six: Aro/Ace Day!
Make something for an oc on the aromantic and/or asexual oc!
Day Seven: Gender Day
Make something for an oc who is not cis!
Day Eight: Queer
Make something for an oc who is queer that does not fall under one of these labels, or any label at all!
WEEK TWO: PROMPTS
Day Nine: Girlfriend
Make something for an oc using the world girlfriend! A queer ocs first girlfriend? A quote with the word? A song with the word? Some cute girlfriends?
Day Ten: Boyfriend
Make something for an oc using the word boyfriend! A queer ocs first boyfriend? Some cute boyfriends? A quote with the word? A song with the word?
Day Eleven: Lover
Hey, maybe your oc doesn’t go by any gendered terms or maybe their love interest doesn’t, so use the word lover for this day!
Day Twelve: Friend
Love is not always romantic, especially because not everybody wants romance (and/or sex) in their life, some love is platonic! Make something using the word friend!
Day Thirteen: Family
Family, it can be a blessing or a curse. It can be blood or it can be chosen. Whatever the situation, use this word to make an edit for one of your ocs and their family!
Day Fourteen: Almost
Oh, what could’ve been… the most tragic things are the things that ended before they really started. An almost romance, an almost friendship… make something using the world almost!
Day Fifteen: Pride
This is the pride challenge, so of course we have to bring back this word prompt!
WEEK THREE (16th–2nd): QUEER ARTISTS
It’s queer artist week! Make something for an oc using a queer artist inspiration! Love Troye Sivan? He’s gay! Kehlani? Lesbian! Laith Ashley? Trans! Dove Cameron? Queer! Demi Lovato? Non-binary! It’s time to show off your favorite queer artists!
WEEK FOUR (23rd–29th): AU WEEK!
Make some aus for your ocs! Your oc as a character they relate to? Your queer oc ship as another ship? A time travel au? It’s time for ocs to take a trip to another universe!
DAY THIRTY: APPRECIATION!
Today is all about appreciating others and their ideas! Make something for someone else’s queer oc, or make something for a crossover between your queer oc and another queer oc!

the fic is titled go ask alice and the oc is alice liddell aka alice carpenter ‘white rabbit’, an agent of strike who’s currently acting as a mild mannered london school teacher. at least, until arthur harrow goes missing.
